MicahBeauty.com strives to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details below for important information regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and policies.
Order Processing Time
- Over 80% of orders ship within 24 business hours
- Some items must be ordered from manufacturers and may take 5–7 business days
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 8:00 PM ET:
- In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days
- Out-of-stock items ship within 2–10 business days
- Orders placed Friday after 8:00 PM ET through Sunday:
- Processed the following Monday (we do not operate on weekends)
- While 98% of orders are processed promptly, delays may occur due to high order volume

- UPS Ground: 2–6 business days
- UPS Overnight: Next business day (weekday delivery only)
- UPS 2nd Day Air: End of second business day
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (not guaranteed)
- FedEx International Economy: 3–6 business days
- FedEx International Priority: 2–5 business days
Delivery estimates exclude the shipping day.
Shipping Notifications
- Delays for UPS Overnight and UPS 2nd Day Air will be emailed
- Delays for UPS Ground or USPS Priority will not be notified unless requested in the order comments
Address Accuracy & Corrections
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Address correction fees charged by UPS will be passed to the customer plus a $0.60 processing fee
- Address changes may not be possible for SmartPost shipments
- Incorrect addresses may result in delays, return fees, or cancellation
International Orders
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage, or local fees
- Shipping methods may change without notice based on size or weight
- Customers must verify country-specific restrictions before ordering
- FedEx Saver delivers within 5 business days and is highly reliable
Claims, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- MicahBeauty.com is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
- To add signature confirmation, customers must:
- Select UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail
- Email info@micahbeauty.com (additional fee applies)
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment
- Approved claims may result in reshipment or store credit only (no refunds)
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
- Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts are treated as returns
- Shipping, return, restocking, and processing fees will apply
- Refunds or reshipments will not be issued until the carrier confirms the package as lost or it is returned to our facility
