Returns Policy

At MicahBeauty.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policies carefully before submitting a return.

Return Authorization

  • To initiate a return, email us at info@micahbeauty.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  • Include your order number and return number with the returned package.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Discontinued items
    • Clearance items
    • Special wholesale orders
  • These items are typically labeled with:
    • Prefixes like dis- or sale-
    • Prices ending in .90
    • Suffixes in brackets such as [S] or [D]

Mistake or Faulty Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is:
    • Defective or damaged
    • Incorrect
  • We perform quality control inspections prior to shipping.

Standard Return Policy

  • Wigs and hair extensions must not be altered or worn (e.g., cutting lace or styling). Altered or worn items are not eligible for return.
  • Items must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Returns must be:
    • In new condition
    • Unworn and untried-on
    • In the original packaging with all tags attached
    • Odor-free
    • Repackaged as received
  • Returns are limited to up to 3 items per order.
  • Non-returnable items: Accessories, chemical products, makeup, clearance sale items, and bulk orders.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Any promotional free items included with the original purchase must also be returned; otherwise, their retail value will be deducted.
  • Discounts from promotions and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the original order had Free or Flat-Rate Shipping, the shipping cost paid by MicahBeauty.com will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping, customs, taxes, and processing fees.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

  • Packages that are refused or undeliverable are subject to return shipping fees, which vary by carrier.
  • If you choose not to have the package re-delivered, a refund will be issued minus:
    • Original shipping costs
    • Any courier fees for undeliverable packages
